ATTENDANCE and LATENESS
LUNCH DETENTIONS (for both lateness & cutting class) L&PP AWOL REPORT

WE ARE GOING TO DC!!!!! Now we need to get the details together. That is what we will focus on at tomorrow's meeting. Thank You for all your help in making this happen.

TOWN MEETING 4/15 at 2ND PERIOD. Bring your class to the law commons.

U-CITY is celebrating EARTH DAY on APRIL 21st. We need to nominate 20 10th and 12th Graders to participate. Please bring your nominations to our meeting tomorrow.

Everyone!!! Because we will not be meeting on Friday or Monday due to testing. I think that each of us should look at an EH-20 and give a point value to the infractions listed on it so that on Tuesday 4/13 we could figure out the point system for the behavioral support program (demerit system) we all agreed to create. Thanks for all of your hard work in making lunch detention a success so far. We are working on the cutters, if you have any suggestions please feel free to give your input.

Also, we will have a town meeting next week, maybe Thursday 4/15 at 2nd period, so we can explain the point system and the trip to DC. There is one possible place we could go to if we can get the money from the DOL grant here is the link CSI MUSEUM it seems like a very interesting place and I am sure the students will love it.

Can you give me the names of three students who you think could represent us and benefit from the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Lawyer for a Day event. I need the names ASAP. The event is on Friday April 30th. I appreciate your input.

SMP 2010 : DEADLINE = APRIL 9, 2010!
Summer Mentoring Program 2010 (SMP 2010) is scheduled for July 7 - August 4, 2010. A number of Penn's professional schools create curriculums and select students from the pool of applicants whom they believe will best benefit from their programming. Students are provided with round-trip tokens, free lunch, and a $400 stipend at the end of the program.
We are to think about and target those 10th and 11th grade ". . . students who are excellent in their academic work and also . . . hold the potential to succeed in post-baccalaureate professions. . . "
